Dixieland Tea

A laid-back, refreshing mashup of mellow whiskey and almond-sweet amaretto brightened with iced tea and a lemon wedge. It pours a warm amber hue over ice and tastes nutty and slightly sweet with a gentle whiskey backbone, an easy, crowd-pleasing summer sipper worth making when you want something simple but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • Fill Iced Tea

Instructions

  1. Combine whiskey and amaretto in a mason jar.
  2. Fill the jar with iced tea to your desired level.
  3. Shake or stir the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge before serving.
