Galliano Milkshake

A lush, dessert-style milkshake where rich vanilla ice cream and cream are brightened by Galliano's sweet vanilla-herb character. It pours thick and pale gold in a hurricane glass with a citrus twist that cuts the sweetness. Worth ordering if you want a creamy, boozy treat that tastes like vanilla custard with aniseed and herbal notes.

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a blender.
  2. Add Galliano® herbal liqueur to the blender.
  3. Pour cream into the blender with the other ingredients.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the milkshake into a hurricane glass.
  6. Optional: Garnish with a twist of lemon for a citrus touch.
