Ski Shooter

A short, sweet shooter that balances almond-forward amaretto with neutral vodka and a bright hit of sweet-and-sour mix. It pours a pale, slightly cloudy amber and is served very cold, an easy, crowd-pleasing shooter with dessert-like nuttiness and a refreshing tart finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz SKYY® Vodka
  • 2 oz Disaronno® Amaretto Liqueur
  • Fill Mr & Mrs T's® Sweet & Sour Mix

Instructions

  1. Add four ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour in the Skyy® Vodka followed by DeSerrano® Amaretto.
  3. Add Mr.&Mrs. T® Sweet and Sour mix until nearly full.
  4. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into shot glasses and serve immediately.
