Kurant Collins

A bright, fizzy Collins with a clear tartness from lemon balanced by a fruity, sweet blackcurrant note from Absolut Kurant. It pours pale pink to light purple and is topped with bubbly soda for a lively, thirst-quenching finish. Worth trying if you want a simple, effervescent cocktail that’s fruity without being cloying.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Absolut® Kurant Vodka
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
  • 3 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add Absolut Kurant, lemon juice, and powdered sugar to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass almost filled with fresh ice cubes.
  5. Top off with club soda and serve promptly.
