Chocolate Chip

A silky, chocolate-forward sipper that tastes like a boozy chocolate milk: rich cocoa from both white and dark crème de cacao layers over mellow Irish cream and milk for a velvety, dessert-like mouthfeel. It pours a pale beige, creamy appearance and is pleasantly sweet without harsh alcohol bite. Perfect as an after-dinner treat or nightcap for anyone who likes dessert cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Milk

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the white creme de cacao, dark creme de cacao, and Irish cream.
  3. Top off with the milk.
  4. Shake the shaker vigorously for 10-15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
