Fjellbekk (Mountain Stream)

Bright and effervescent, the Fjellbekk pairs clean vodka with caraway- and spice-forward aquavit and tart lime, finished with fizzy sweetness from Sprite. It pours a pale, sparkling drink over ice with a lively citrus aroma and subtle herbal warmth. Easy and refreshing, it's a great summer sipper or casual crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Løiten Linje® Aquavit
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • Fill Sprite®

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka, L?itens Linje® aquavit, and lime juice to the glass.
  3. Top with Sprite, filling the glass to your preferred level.
  4. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
