A creamy, mint-kissed coffee cocktail that tastes like a boozy after-dinner dessert, sweet coffee notes from the brandy balanced by bright, cooling white crème de menthe and velvety cream. Visually it pours a pale, milky tan (with a faint cool cast from the mint liqueur) over ice and drinks smoothly and indulgently. Worth trying if you enjoy mint-chocolate/coffee mashups that are easy and dessert-like rather than spirit-forward.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Coffee Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the coffee brandy, white creme de menthe, and cream into the shaker.
  3. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
