Coco Martini

A dessert-style martini that marries coconut rum with coffee and dark chocolate liqueur for a sweet, silky sip. It pours pale and glossy with an attractive chocolate swirl and spiral garnish, a decadent choice for after dinner or a special treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bacardi® Coconut Rum
  • 0.75 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour Bacardi® Coco Rum, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, and Brown Creme de Cacao into a mixing glass.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture to ensure even blending of flavors.
  3. Carefully strain the mix into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Artfully spiral chocolate syrup from the center to the edge of the glass to create a visual swirl on the surface.
  5. Finish with a chocolate spiral for garnish, and present the drink with a touch of elegance.
