Drambuie Coffee

Honeyed, herbaceous Drambuie melds with hot, bitter coffee to create a sweet, spiced cup with a warming backbone. The drink is visually appealing: a dark body crowned by a thin cream layer and a dollop of whipped cream for a silky finish. It’s an easy, cozy after-dinner sipper that works as a digestif or dessert-style treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Drambuie® Liqueur
  • 8 oz Coffee
  • Fill Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine Drambuie® Scotch whisky and black coffee in a coffee mug, stirring until integrated.
  2. Pour whipping cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee mixture for a layered effect.
  3. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream atop the drink.
  4. Serve immediately to enjoy.
