Smoothe Operator

A fizzy, tropical slushy that combines bright citrus from Bacardi Limón and triple sec with sweet coconut and peach notes, finishing light and bubbly from the 7-Up. Pale golden and smooth in texture, it's an easy, crowd-pleasing party sipper that's best served chilled with fresh fruit garnish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bacardi® Limón Rum
  • 1 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 2 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • Fill 7Up®

Instructions

  1. Blend Bacardi Limon, Malibu Rum, Peach Schnapps, and Triple Sec until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly into two glasses.
  3. Top each glass with 7-Up.
  4. Stir the drink well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with fruit if desired and serve chilled.
