Hair Raiser

A bracing, spirit-forward sipper: bright lemon juice cuts through the warming, high-proof vodka while Rock & Rye adds spiced, candied-citrus sweetness. Served chilled and clear in a cocktail glass, it’s compact, potent, and sharply citrusy. Worth trying if you like minimalist, high-ABV drinks with a touch of old-fashioned-style sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz 100 Proof Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Rock & Rye® Liqueur
  • 1 tblsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine 100 proof vodka, rock and rye, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake thoroughly until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
