A tropical, slightly sweet cocktail that balances smoky Scotch and honeyed Drambuie with bright citrus, pineapple and guava, rounded by almond orgeat and a floral note from Parfait d'Amour. It pours a sunny golden color over crushed ice and is finished with a lemon slice and cherry for a classic tiki-adjacent look. Worth trying if you want an adventurous Scotch-forward, complex drink that still feels refreshingly tropical.
