Hummer

A boozy coffee milkshake, sweet vanilla ice cream blended with coffee liqueur and light rum for a creamy, coffee-forward dessert drink with a warm boozy finish. It pours pale tan and thick, like an indulgent milkshake, best served cold and immediately. Perfect as an easy after-dinner treat or casual party dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Add coffee liqueur, light rum, and vanilla ice-cream into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture at a low speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the blended drink into a highball glass.
  4. Serve the drink immediately while cold.
