Landed Gentry

A silky, dessert-style cocktail where dark rum's molasses warmth and Tia Maria's coffee-vanilla sweetness are smoothed by lush heavy cream. It pours a pale tan with a velvety, creamy mouthfeel and a softly boozy finish. A simple, indulgent choice for an after-dinner nightcap or a crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Tia Maria® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine Dark Rum, Tia Maria, and Heavy Cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass for serving.
