Batida Summerday

A tropical, creamy sip where coconut liqueur and pineapple juice create a sweet, fruity base, brightened by a hint of cherry from kirsch and a grenadine blush. Ingredients

  • 4 cl Batida de Coco Liqueur
  • 8 cl Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cl Kirschwasser
  • 3 dashes Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Begin by filling half of a red wine glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour Batida de Coco, pineapple juice, and Kirschwasser over the ice.
  3. Stir the mixture gently to combine all flavors.
  4. Finish by adding three dashes of grenadine on top.
  5. Serve immediately with two short straws.
  6. Garnish with an arrangement of tropical fruits before serving.
