A.B.C.

A.B.C. is a sweet, creamy shooter where almond-forward amaretto and velvety Baileys meet a warming cognac finish. Visually it’s a striking trio of clean, brown layers stacked in a shot glass that begs to be admired before you sip. It’s a dessert-style, after-dinner treat that’s easy to make yet impressive to serve.

Ingredients

  • 0.33 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.33 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 0.33 oz Cognac

Instructions

  1. Pour the Amaretto Almond Liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Gently layer Bailey's® Irish Cream on top of the amaretto, using the back of a spoon to achieve clean layers.
  3. Finish by adding the cognac on top, again using a spoon for a smooth layer.
