Green Frothy Monkey

Bright, tropical and decidedly sweet, the Green Frothy Monkey blends melon and coconut rum with citrusy triple sec and pineapple for a juicy, slightly tart sip. It pours a vivid green with a frothy, aerated top from vigorous shaking and is finished with a cherry and orange wedge for visual contrast. Perfect for poolside parties or anyone after an easy, eye-catching tiki-style refresher.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Melon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • Fill Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the melon liqueur, triple sec, and coconut rum in a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice then add pineapple juice to fill.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy.
  4. Strain the mixture into a tall glass of your choice.
  5. Garnish with a cherry and an orange wedge on the rim.
