Ingredients
- 1 tsp Caster Sugar
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Bourbon
Instructions
- Combine superfine sugar, water, lemon juice, and bourbon in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
