A compact, two-layered shot that pairs sweet, almond-scented amaretto with clean tequila heat and a bright lime bite. Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 splash Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Begin by pouring tequila into the bottom of a shot glass.
  2. Carefully layer amaretto on top of the tequila by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
  3. Finish the drink with a splash of lime juice on top.
