Frozen Coconut

Creamy and sweet, this cocktail tastes like a boozy coconut ice-cream milkshake, rich coconut flavor from both rums balanced by the velvet of coconut ice cream. Pale and slushy in a chilled cocktail glass with a mint sprig for a fresh lift, it’s an easy, indulgent frozen dessert cocktail worth making for summer or poolside sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum, coconut rum, and coconut ice cream in a blender.
  2. Add half a glass of crushed ice and blend briefly until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw.
