Topaz

Topaz is a velvety, sweet, whisky-forward cocktail that blends smoky malt with rich butterscotch and vanilla-herbal notes from Galliano. Poured up into a cocktail glass it presents a warm amber hue and a smooth, dessert-like sip. It’s worth trying as a decadent nightcap or after-dinner drink for fans of boozy, sweet mixes that showcase Scotch in an approachable way.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Scotch
  • 1.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 tblsp Galliano® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker 2/3 full with ice.
  2. Add the Scotch, Butterscotch schnapps, and Galliano to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
