Bright, bitter-sweet and lightly fizzy: Campari's herbal bitterness is tempered by the jammy blackcurrant of crème de cassis and lifted by a splash of club soda, finished with a lemon-twist aroma. It pours a vivid ruby hue and makes a delicate, low-ABV aperitif that's both refreshing and easy to sip.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Campari® Bitter
  • 0.25 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass before use.
  2. In a mixing glass, gently pour Campari® Bitters over three ice cubes to maintain their structure.
  3. Add Creme de Cassis and stir carefully to combine the spirits.
  4. Top with club soda to fill the glass, maintaining a gentle pour to retain carbonation.
  5. Stir gently to ensure a balanced blend.
  6. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
  7. Garnish with a lemon twist for a citrus aroma and visual appeal.
