Last Chance

Bright lime and honey cut through warm, oaky reposado tequila while apricot brandy adds a soft stone-fruit sweetness; the result is tangy, slightly sweet, and spirit-forward. Served over broken ice in an old-fashioned glass with a lime wedge, it looks rustic and approachable, a quick, balanced sipper worth making when you want tequila with a fruity twist.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Tequila Reposado
  • 0.25 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the gold tequila, apricot brandy, lime juice, and honey in a shaker.
  2. Add a generous amount of broken ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well to blend the flavors and chill the drink.
  4. Pour the mixture unstrained into an old-fashioned glass.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
