Southern Delta

Bright, fruity and slightly tropical with a warm bourbon backbone, peachy Southern Comfort and pineapple syrup temper the whiskey while lime adds a lively tart snap. Poured unstrained over broken ice it looks sun-kissed and slightly cloudy, making it an easy, crowd-pleasing sip for summer or casual evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 0.33 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Pineapple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with broken ice.
  2. Add bourbon whiskey, Southern Comfort® peach liqueur, lime juice, and pineapple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well until chilled.
  4. Pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass.
