Hawaiian Shoreline

Bright, tropical and sweet, this cocktail tastes of creamy coconut and juicy pineapple with a whisper of orange from the blue curaçao. Presented in a hurricane glass with a striking blue layer at the bottom, it's a visually fun, easy-to-drink choice for poolside sipping or a summer party.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut rum and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well to blend the flavors.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Hurricane Glass, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Gently pour Blue Curacao Liqueur over the back of a spoon so that it creates a layer at the bottom.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
