The Waffler

The Waffler is a sweet, dessert-style shooter that layers rich maple liqueur and velvety Baileys for a creamy, candy-like sip reminiscent of maple syrup on pancakes. Visually it’s an attractive layered shot with amber maple at the base and pale cream on top. It’s worth trying as an easy, crowd-pleasing after-dinner shooter when you want something indulgent and low-effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Oh Canada® Maple Liqueur
  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the maple syrup into a shot glass and ensure the sides are coated halfway up.
  2. Gently pour in the Oh Canada Maple Liqueur to layer it over the syrup.
  3. Carefully add the Bailey's Irish Cream on top, creating a layered effect.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
