Bright, patriotic layers of grenadine, double cream and blue curaçao create a striking red-white-blue pousse-café with intense sweetness, creamy mouthfeel and a clear citrus-orange top note. It looks impressive served untouched in a cordial glass and tastes like a sweet, creamy dessert with a gentle liqueur finish. Ideal for parties or as a whimsical after-dinner treat when presentation matters more than complexity of flavor.
