Sloe comfortable screw against the wall

Bright, fruity and sweet with a citrus-forward orange base tempered by ripe sloe gin and a mellow warmth from Southern Comfort, finished with a herbal vanilla lift from the Galliano float. Visually striking as a layered Collins with a golden top and cherry, it's an easy, crowd-pleasing long drink ideal for brunch or summer sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sloe Gin
  • 0.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • Fill Orange Juice
  • Float Galliano® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the Sloe Gin into a Collins glass.
  2. Add Southern Comfort® Liqueur.
  3. Fill the glass with fresh orange juice to the top.
  4. Float Galliano® Liqueur on top for a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with a cherry on top and serve.
