Bitter Beach

Bitter Beach pairs the bright, tropical sweetness of pineapple juice with Campari's herbal, citrusy bitterness and a clean backbone of white rum. It pours a pale coral color into a chilled martini glass and is finished with a Campari-stained pineapple wedge for aroma and visual drama. Worth trying if you like aperitif-style cocktails with a sunny, slightly bitter twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Campari® Bitter
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Add white rum, Campari bitters, and pineapple juice to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice to the top.
  3. Stir the mixture gently until well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish the rim of the glass with a Campari-stained pineapple wedge.
