Ingredients

  • 2 oz Coya® Umeshu Plum Wine
  • Fill Brut Prosecco DOC

Instructions

  1. Pour the plum wine into a champagne flute.
  2. Top the glass with Brut Prosecco to fill it.
  3. If available, garnish with the marinated plum from the wine bottle, ensuring to remove the pit.
