Ingredients

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5 Lemon Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
• 1 Egg Egg Whites

Instructions

1. Combine light rum, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and egg white in a shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
4. Serve immediately.
