Casa Blanca

Bright and slightly sweet, the Casa Blanca balances light rum with zesty triple sec and lime, while a whisper of maraschino liqueur adds a subtle cherry-almond note. Chilled and pale in a cocktail glass, it's a light, refreshing shaken sipper worth ordering on warm evenings or as a crisp pre-dinner drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Light Rum
  • 1.5 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1.5 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add light rum, triple sec, lime juice, and maraschino liqueur to the shaker.
  3. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
