Edith's Fizz

Bright and easy-drinking, Edith's Fizz pairs the floral, honeyed notes of Lillet Blanc with a subtle cherry nuttiness from maraschino and a big fresh-orange lift. Topped with soda, it’s pale golden and effervescent with a lightly sweet, clean citrus finish. It’s a refreshing, low-effort aperitif or brunch cocktail that feels elegant without being heavy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Lillet® Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • 4 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Combine Lillet® Blanc Wine, Maraschino Liqueur, and Fresh Orange Juice in a highball glass.
  2. Add Soda Water to the mixture.
  3. Stir gently to ensure all the ingredients are well-mixed.
  4. Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing Edith's Fizz.
