Sweet Sunset

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Light Rum
• 2.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 oz Sour Mix
• 1 oz Frozen Pureed Strawberries

Instructions

1. Fill the blender with small ice cubes.
2. Add light rum, passion fruit syrup, and sweet and sour mix.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
4. Pour the pureed strawberries into a hurricane glass.
5. Add the blended mixture into the glass.
6. Let the strawberries ooze up the sides for a sunset effect.
7. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
