A velvety, dessert-style colada that blends light rum and coffee liqueur with coconut cream, milk and chocolate syrup for a creamy, chocolate-coffee finish. It pours pale tan with chocolate shavings and a cherry on top, rich and indulgent, ideal as an after-dinner treat or a decadent poolside sipper.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Light Rum
0.25 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Coconut Cream
1.5 oz Milk
0.5 oz Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

Combine the light rum, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, cream of coconut, milk, and chocolate syrup in a bar blender.
Blend the mixture until it is perfectly smooth.
Carefully pour the blended mixture into a chilled collins glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
