Beach Haus

Bright and tropical, with sweet blackberry schnapps and lightly spiced silver rum balanced by juicy pineapple juice for a candy-like, beachy sip. Poured over ice into a wine goblet and garnished with a pineapple spear and cherry, it looks festive and summery. Easy to make and very approachable, it's a great poolside or casual-party choice when you want something fruity and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Black Haus® Blackberry Schnapps
  • 1 oz Captain Morgan® Silver Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine goblet with ice.
  2. Pour Black Haus blackberry schnapps and Captain Morgan silver spiced rum over the ice.
  3. Top with pineapple juice.
  4. Gently stir the ingredients to combine them well.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
