A bubbly, sweet sip that pairs tart raspberry liqueur with orange-citrus notes from blue curaçao, all lifted by crisp Champagne and a flash of orange oil. Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the raspberry liqueur and blue curacao into a chilled champagne flute.
  2. Top up the flute with ice-cold champagne carefully to preserve the fizz.
  3. Take a fresh orange peel and twist it over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in the flute to garnish.
