Amaretto Rose

Bright, fizzy and lightly nutty, Amaretto Rose pairs the sweet almond character of amaretto with a sharp squeeze of lime and bubbly soda. It pours a pale amber with lively carbonation and tastes sweet up front, cut by citrus acidity for balance. An easy, refreshing low-ABV long drink that’s perfect for casual sipping or warm-weather refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice cubes to chill the glass and your drink.
  2. Measure and pour 1.5 oz of Amaretto over the ice in the glass.
  3. Add 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, ensuring it's well blended with the Amaretto.
  4. Slowly top up the drink with club soda to fill the glass, allowing the ingredients to mix without disturbing the carbonation.
  5. Give a gentle stir to combine all ingredients, preserving the fizz.
  6. Serve immediately for the perfect refreshing cocktail.
