Jerez Cocktail

Bright, lightly nutty aperitif that pairs bone-dry sherry with small measures of peach brandy and orange liqueur. It pours a pale amber over broken ice and tastes dry with gentle fruity and citrus notes, making it refreshing and easy to sip. A great choice if you want a low-alcohol, straightforward cocktail with subtle complexity.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dry Sherry
  • 1 tsp Peach Brandy
  • 1 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass halfway with broken ice.
  2. Pour the dry sherry over the ice.
  3. Add the peach brandy to the glass.
  4. Pour in the triple sec.
  5. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately.
