Frozen Apple

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Laird's® Applejack Brandy
• 1 tblsp Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
• 0.5 unit Egg Whites

Instructions

1. Combine the applejack, lime juice, sugar, and egg white in an electric blender.
2. Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender.
3. Blend the mixture at a low speed for a short period until smooth.
4. Pour the blended contents into an old-fashioned glass.
5. Serve immediately.
