Whiskey Collins

Bright, citrus-forward and lightly sweet, the Whiskey Collins pairs blended whiskey's mellow grain notes with fresh lemon and a touch of confectioners' sugar, finished with fizzy soda for an effervescent lift. Served tall over ice with an orange slice and cherry, it's a refreshing, easy-to-make alternative to a Tom Collins that showcases whiskey without overpowering the palate.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blended Whiskey
  • 1 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
  • 0.5 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

  1. Shake the blended whiskey, lemon juice, and powdered sugar with ice until well mixed.
  2. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass.
  3. Add several ice cubes to the glass.
  4. Fill the remaining space with carbonated water and gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange and top with a cherry.
  6. Serve with a straw.
