Everybody's Irish Cocktail

Bright, herbaceous, and minty on the nose, this cocktail blends the warmth and grainy sweetness of Irish whiskey with cooling crème de menthe and the complex botanical intensity of Green Chartreuse. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tsp Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Green Chartreuse Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine the Irish whiskey, green creme de menthe, and green chartreuse in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a green olive.
