Avalanche

A creamy, coffee-forward highball that tastes like a boozy iced latte, sweet Kahlúa and smooth Crown Royal meld with rich cream for a silky, dessert-like sip. It pours a pale beige and is chilled and slightly frothy from shaking, making it an easy crowd-pleaser after dinner or as a nightcap. Worth trying if you enjoy coffee liqueur cocktails with a mellow whisky backbone and a velvety texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Crown Royal® Canadian Whisky
  • 1 shot Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • Fill Cream

Instructions

  1. In a highball glass, add one shot of Crown Royal® Whisky and one shot of Kahlua® Liqueur.
  2. Add ice cubes to fill the glass about halfway.
  3. Pour cream over the mixture until the glass is full.
  4. Shake the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well-combined and chilled.
  5. Serve immediately, without garnish.
