Emerald Isle Cooler

A mint-forward, creamy soda shake that tastes like a boozy mint milkshake, bright and sweet from green crème de menthe and smooth vanilla ice cream with a gentle warming note from Irish whiskey. Visually it's pale green and frothy with a fizzy soda crown; it’s worth trying as an easy, dessert-style long drink that doubles as a crowd-pleasing after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Crème de Menthe Verte Liqueur
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a Collins glass.
  2. Pour the green creme de menthe into the glass, followed by the Irish whiskey.
  3. Stir the mixture well to combine the flavors evenly with the ice cream.
  4. Top off the glass by gently filling it with club soda.
