Lizzy Sour

Bright and fruit-forward, the Lizzy Sour balances sweet apricot and tropical passion-fruit notes with zesty lemon for a lively sweet-tart profile. Poured up in a chilled cocktail glass it shows a golden-amber hue and is an easy, crowd-pleasing choice for summer sipping or a light dessert pairing.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Alizé® Gold Passion Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Alize® liqueur, apricot liqueur, and fresh lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.
