Escape Route

Bright lemonade and strawberry liqueur make this tall serve fruity and refreshingly sweet, while Punt e Mes adds a pleasantly bitter, herbal backbone and aged rum brings a warm, rounded depth. It pours a pink-amber hue over ice, garnished with mint, an easy, balanced summer highball worth ordering when you want something light but flavor-forward.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Punt e Mes® Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur
  • 4 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add gold rum, Punt e Mes red vermouth, strawberry liqueur, and lemonade to the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
