Hurricane

A punchy, tropical cocktail where bright passion fruit and zesty lime balance the warm molasses notes of light and dark rum. It pours a golden-amber hue and makes for an easy, crowd-pleasing sipper when you want something fruity but boozy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 tblsp Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine light rum, dark rum, passion fruit syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Hurricane cocktail.
