Dirty Irish Whiskey

A silky, dessert-style shooter that pairs sweet, creamy Baileys with the warming bite of Jameson, delivering chocolate and vanilla notes with a hint of whiskey spice. It pours a pale tan, lightly frothy shot that's smooth and easy-drinking, ideal as a quick after-dinner treat or party pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 part Jameson® Irish Whiskey

Instructions

  1. In a mixing cup, combine Bailey's® Irish Cream and Jameson's® Irish Whiskey.
  2. Add ice to the mixing cup.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously to chill.
  4. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into a shot glass.
