Ingredients: 1.5 oz Light Rum; 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur; 0.5 oz Coconut Cream; 1 oz Pineapple Juice; 2 oz Half & Half

A velvety, tropical sipper that blends light rum and almond-sweet amaretto with coconut cream, pineapple and rich half-and-half into a silky, dessert-like slush. Pale creamy-yellow and topped with a maraschino cherry, it’s sweet and coconut-pineapple forward with a nutty almond finish. Ideal for poolside lounging or as a creamy after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Light Rum
0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
0.5 oz Coconut Cream
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Half & Half

Instructions

Combine the light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and half-and-half in a blender.
Add 6 ice cubes to the blender.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into a Collins glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry before serving.
