Baby's Bottom

A compact, dessert-style stirred cocktail where whiskey's warmth meets cool white crème de menthe and crème de cacao, delivering a mint-chocolate profile with a boozy backbone. It pours pale and slightly opalescent, smooth and sweet on the palate. Great as an easy after-dinner nightcap for fans of mint-and-chocolate flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Pour whiskey, white creme de menthe, and white creme de cacao into the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
